Our commitment to a website everyone can use.
Brain Matters wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use thisbrainmatters.com. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- We test the site with automated accessibility tools and by hand, in English and Spanish.
- We keep text readable against its background, describe images with alternative text, and label forms.
- We review the site again whenever we add pages or change its design.
Known limitations
- Appointment booking (Calendly), the questionnaires (Fillout) and videos (Vimeo) are provided by other companies. We choose accessible tools, but we cannot fix every part of them ourselves.
- We are still improving the color contrast of some text on colored backgrounds.
